Description: Lot of (2) 1964 World Series Game 3 ticket stubs; Mickey Mantle walkoff HR game (PR-FR). Nice lot of (2) Game 3 ticket stubs from the 1964 World Series, in which spectators saw Yankees' icon Mickey Mantle smash a knuckleball from Cardinals pitcher Barney Schultz into the stands in the bottom of the ninth inning, winning the game by a score of 2-1 and breaking Babe Ruth's record for most home runs in World Series history. Stubs exhibit light creasing (one has slightly irregular tear line) and the backs of both have glue/paper residue, evidentially from scrapbook removal: PR-FR.Final Bid: $153.00
