Description: Lot of (19) c.1910s-40s Chicago White Sox related photographs incl. 1919 Kid Gleason just before W.S. (FR-EX) portrait of Kid Gleason with 1913 date stamp on back (this piece has the background trimmed off); additional photo of Gleason with 1919 date stamped on back just before the World Series; undated image of Gleason; and additional images of George S. Davis, Hank Bonura, Bonura and Radcliffe, Mule Haas and Jimmie Dykes, Bill Burns (Brown Brothers image, notation on back regarding his involvement in 1919 scandal), Vern Kennedy, Cliff Heathcote, Art Shires (2), Red Kelly, Nick Altrock, Willie Kamm, Hy McClellan, photo of 1946 White Sox players walking off the field after mass ejection for fighting, and (2) unidentified. Sizes range from 5"x7" to 8"x10" with a few smaller. Varying degrees/types of wear throughout.
