Description: "Lot of (6) scarce 1939 Father & Son Shoes cards (PR-VG). Outstanding lot of rare B&W regional issue cards, which were distributed in the Philadelphia area. All but one card (noted below) has either the Father & Son address, black serial-numbering (303588) or both stamped on the back. Lot includes Morrie Arnovich (pencil writing on back), Spud Davis (scrapbook removal damage on back), Joe Gantenbein, Hugh Mulcahy (trimmed, no stamping), Claude Passeau and Dick Siebert. Most cards appear GD (with note on stamping). Range: PR-VG. "Final Bid: $1,531.00
