Description: c.1940-41 Benny McCoy Philadelphia Athletics professional model hat (exceptional condition) with McCoy pro model bat (EX-NM) Rare hat done in vivid blue fabric with the "A" team logo embroidered on front. Fully intact leather band inside has "McCoy" player name embroidered beside the size (7). In very strong overall condition with light evident use and a touch of age/storage related wear; Louisville Slugger 125 model bat dating to similar time period which has McCoy facsimile signature impressed in the barrel.
