Description: 1949 Boston Red Sox and Braves "Apollo Chocolates" advertising piece with 48 World Series content (GD) Large format piece (framed to 25.5"x31.5") appears to be done on heavy stock and advertises "Apollo Chocolates". An illustrated scene below is captioned to show Game (1) of 1948 World Series with score and pitchers John Sain and Bob Feller noted. The bottom portion is filled with the Red Sox and Braves 1949 season schedule. Scattered visible wear includes some creasing/wrinkles, a touch of discoloration, and some very minor material loss along lower edge.
