Description: Vintage trunk from the Joe DiMaggio collection with related artwork (EX see description). Blue painted wooden trunk with Los Angeles Transfer Co. shipping label still affixed. Measures approx. 36.5" long X 20" tall X 18" deep. Includes the letter of provenance from Hunt Auction's original offering of the Joe DiMaggio collection. After receiving the trunk, the winning bidder found some remaining contents inside including a crinkled color drawing which appears to have been painted by a child (looks like a WWII plane possibly bombing a ship at Pearl Harbor?). The artwork was then framed (22"x27.5"), and is included with the trunk: EX overall
