Description: 1966 Doug Clemens Philadelphia Phillies professional model home jersey in ensemble with 1965 pants and 1960s Dick Allen attributed hat (EX) Includes pinstriped home jersey with "Phillies" team name across the front and number "17" on back. In the collar is a "Clemens" embroidered strip tag. Wilson tag on front tail notes size (42) and there are adjacent "Set 1" and "66" (year) tags; pants are likewise by Wilson (size 36) with "Sorrell 65" embroidered strip tag (originally issued to Billy Sorrell in 1965) and there are several names written in the waistband in vintage/faded black marker; similar period Phillies hat with "Wilson Professional Cap..." tag on the interior band which has size (7) stamped on the underside along with a date code (the code has become hard to read but appears to start with a "B" which would suggest the year of manufacture to be 1969). Number "15" is written under the brim in faded marker which was worn by Dick Allen from 1964-1969. Includes a belt of the appropriate age and color and a pair of woolen stirrup socks.
