Reach Company minutes of Annual meeting of board directors (EX) Includes nine pages from the annual Board of Directors held at the Alfred J reach company 0n various dates between 1913-1930. Topics discussed at the meetings included annual election of members of the BOD to serve in their positions for another year. Thomas S. Shibe son of Philadelphia Athletics Benjamin Shibe served on the board as secretary, Five pages are personally signed by Thomas. One page dated October 29, 1930 is signed by all seven members of the BOD, H. Boardman Spaulding (twice), Geroge Reach, Thomas Shibe, L.K. Moses, J.W. Curtiss, G.H. Klein, and J. W. Spaulding.
