Description: 1948 Lou Boudreau signed letter to Don Heffner (EX/MT). February 12th 1948 typed letter on Cleveland Indians stationery in which Boudreau says ""Dear Don: As you have found out I am not very fond of writing letters, but I assure you your telegram and letter were with me when we discussed coaches. Any considerations except that of Greenberg were very slight. Bill (Veeck) is set on the big fellow and we are going to wait until he makes up his mind."" Boudreau signed the letter in black ink.
