Description: May 1, 1991 Nolan Ryan autographed and ""7th No-Hitter"" inscribed/attributed baseball (Sig. NM, Ball EX) Rawlings B.Brown Official American League baseball has been signed on the side panel ""7th No-Hitter Nolan Ryan 5/1/91"" in ink rating 9 out of 10. Ball displays use/wear throughout and the entire surface has been rubbed down with mud (as has long been customary in the preparation of balls for game use). The ball was originally offered in April of 2008 by SCP Auctions as a ""game used"" ball from the historic No-Hitter and at the time it was accompanied by a letter of provenance from a UPI writer who was on hand and covered the game. This letter has since been misplaced and will not be included (however the original PSA/DNA auction LOA which includes the text description, mentioning the letter of provenance, is included). It is worthy of note that while a handful of balls attributed to this game have entered the marketplace nearly all are signed by Ryan and the game umpires however this one of only a select few which Ryan has hand inscribed ""7th No-Hiiter"" with the game date: Sig.
