Description: Rare Christy Mathewson autograph (full JSA LOA) (Overall EX) Small section of a paper invoice/document has been signed, "O.K. C. Mathewson" in fountain pen rating 8/9 out of 10. Paper has toned and has some fold lines and other light to mild wear. A fold which runs vertically and intersects the final tail on the "n" has been re-enforced from behind with tape and there is toning from older tape which either fell off or was removed. Overall the piece presents as an outstanding Mathewson autograph and a framed display is included from which it was removed for authentication. The frame (23"x29") includes a full page gravure featuring Matty which was issued in 1925 by the New York Tribune. Includes full LOA from JSA: Overall EX ($5,000-$7,500)Final Bid: $7,600.00
