Description: Lot (7) vintage Babe Ruth & Lou Gehrig books 1920-s - 40's (VG-EX) Lot (7) includes "The Home Run King" by Babe Ruth 1920 . Cover shows wear/staining and spine has fading and bear spots. A "Lou Gehrig Pride of the Yankees" by Paul Gallico 1942 with a forward by Bill Dickey. The cover and spine show signs of fading and stain. Babe Ruth "The Idol of the American Boy" by Dan Daniel with a forward by Babe Ruth, 1930. The spine is missing a small section at bottom. Lou Gehrig "The Iron Horse of Baseball" 1941 by Richard Hubler with a forward by Grantland Rice. Book has a jacket which is in good shape. Babe Ruth by Martin Weldon 1948 w/jacket in very good shape. Lou Gehrig "A Quiet Hero" by Frank Graham 1942. Book has a jacket that is in poor shape. And finally "Babe Ruth's Own Book of Baseball by George Herman Ruth1928.
