Description: 1945 Tigers "World Champions" souvenir with rare period lapel pin (GD-EX) Includes small metal lapel pin which blue enameled portions reading "Detroit Tigers." The pin is unmarked with threaded post back and has mild tarnish/wear; circular 5" across 1945 World Series commemorative piece done in plastic with Tigers player facsimile signatures on one side and Cubs on the other; vintage 5"x8" press photo showing Billy Pierce in Tigers uniform. This photo has been trimmed to size and has photographers mask on front and the back is filled in notations/marks. Varying degrees of wear throughout.
