Description: "Golden Age Of Baseball" chess set by Longton Crown with figural board and pewter pieces (EX/MT-NM) Nicely done set comprised of pewter pieces which can be stored inside the oversized wooden board which measures approx. 20"x20"x5". Opponents can select between the American or National League with the "Queen" pieces done to resemble respective league logos. Other pieces are done to resemble players including Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb, Honus Wagner, Willie Mays, Lou Gehrig, Stan Musial, Rogers Hornsby, Ted Williams, Jimmie Foxx, and Roy Campanella.
