Description: 1920 Brooklyn Dodgers World Series press pin (EX-EX/MT) Rare original pin as issued by the team then known as The Robins remains well preserved with fully intact enameled portion and some light scattered wear. These pins were handed out to journalists covering the club’s World Series matchup with Cleveland that year. The Robins’ roster included four Hall of Famers: manager Wilbert Robinson (who the team was named after), pitchers Burleigh Grimes and Rube Marquard, and outfielder Zack Wheat. The press pin face shows a raised gold colored baseball with "Brooklyn" across the sweet spot. It has a scalloped edge and the border is red enamel and reads "World Series 1920."
