Description: Kansas City Monarchs vs. Memphis Red Sox Negro League broadside c.1940s (see description) Heavy cardboard stock advertising display done in vibrant red, green, and blue color scheme was issued to promote a game taking place at Katy Park in Texas. A series of holes throughout are the result of mounting and there is other scattered wear incl. chipping and loss, creases, and some tears. Lower portion of the piece is missing.
