It is essentially unused with just a hint of scattered imperfection. Signed on a side panel in vintage ink by (7) at what was likely a Chicago area event incl. Red Grade, George Connor, George Halas, Mayor Charles Wayland Brooks, and others. Ink signatures rate 6/7-8 out of 10.
