Description: 1969 Frank Borman signed letter to Jack Billingham on NASA stationery (EX/MT, including original envelope). July 17th 1969 typed letter to Billingham in which Borman apologizes for comments he made about the Houston Astros while in Moscow. Borman signed the letter in black fine tip marker. Signature rates 9 out of 10. Comes with original NASA mailing envelope addressed to Billingham, and includes letter of provenance from Jack Billingham. Letter: EX/MT
