Includes c.1969-70 Wilson "Professional Cap" size 7-1/4 Cardenales de Lara hat with "#7" "EDNIO" written under the brim, and signed by Billingham in black marker rating (EX, visible use including staining around interior sweat band). Also includes 5"x8" c.1970 photo picturing Billingham in his Cardenales de Lara uniform. Billingham signed the photo in black marker rating 9/10 out of 10. The photo was given to Billingham by Lucio Celis, and is personalized on the back: "Para Mi Amigo - Jack" "Recuerdo" "Lucio Celis" (photo has creasing near the top edge).
