Includes Rawlings size 7 Albuquerque Dodgers hat with number "23" written under the brim and signed by Billingham in black marker; and Rawlings size 7-1/8 Albuquerque Dodgers hat signed by Billingham in black marker. Signatures rate 8 to 9 out of 10. Includes letter of provenance from Jack Billingham.
