Description: c.1961 New York Yankees team ball with Mantle and Berra on sweetspot (see description) (Sigs. EX to EX/MT-NM, Ball EX) Reach J.Cronin Official American League baseball bearing a total of (23) signatures is highlighted by authentic examples of Mickey Mantle and Yogi Berra on the sweetspot. Additional signers incl. Elston Howard, Bob Turley, John James, Spud Murray, Bobby Richardson, Duke Maas, Hector Lopez, Rollie Sheldon, Lee Thomas, Jack Reed, and Denny McDevitt. Several of those which remain are clubhouse (not authentic) incl. a second Berra signature, Ralph Houk, Moose Skowron, and Bob Turley. Signatures rate 6/7 to 8 out of 10, ball displays light even toning which is slightly more accentuated at areas and has well defined stampings.
