Includes c.1990s size 7-3/8 Phillies batting helmet with "BLAZIER 21" decal on back; c.1994 size 7-1/8 Phillies helmet for right handed batter (number decals no longer on back); c.1998 size 7-3/8 Phillies batting helmet for right handed batter (part of number decal missing on back); c.2001-02 size 7-3/8 Phillies batting helmet used by Ricky Bottalico with American flag decal and #27 on back (Phillies Charities COA); c.2004 size 7 Phillies batting helmet used by Amaury Telemaco with American flag decal and #57 on back (Phillies Charities COA); and c.2006-10 size 7-1/8 Phillies batting helmet with #3 on back (Abraham Nunez or Ross Gload). Most appear to grade EX overall with typical wear from use: VG/EX-EX/MT 61, 65, 69, 72, 73, 78
