Description: 1948 Bowman basketball complete set of (72) cards with (6) SGC graded (see description regarding non-graded cards) (SGC NM-NM/MT+, others see description) ($1,500-$2,500) Complete set of (72) cards contains (6) which have been graded by SGC. The balance appears to have been almost entirely cut from a sheet or otherwise trimmed with majority having visible waviness at edges, some with pencil marks (which we imagine were drawn for guidance in cutting), and, while most are cut nearly accurate size, some are undersized. Non graded cards give an avg. EX appearance with some nicer (with note to trimming). Mikan is undersized with wavy edges and has red print streaks throughout. Graded: #1 Calverley (SGC 88 NM/MT), 3 Bishop (SGC 88 NM/MT), 6 Feerick (SGC 88 NM/MT), 19 Ehlers (SGC 92 NM/MT+), 20 Vance (SGC 88 NM/MT), and 32 Holzman (SGC 84 NM).Final Bid: $1,638.00
