Rawlings size 50 jersey with "P" logo patch and number "31" sewn on the front, along with "CHAMBERLAIN" nameplate and number "31" sewn on the back. Phillies logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve, and Rawlings tagging is sewn inside the front tail with "T" tapered tag and "SET 1 1991" flag tag. Chamberlain signed the jersey in black marker.
