Description: 1974 Tom Underwood professional model Philadelphia Phillies jersey (EX, see description). Wilson size 44 powder blue jersey with "P" logo patch and number "34" sewn on the front, along with "UNDERWOOD" nameplate and number "34" sewn on the back. Wilson tagging is sewn on the front tail, with "74 Set 1 44" embroidered tag below. Displays visible usage wear, with fading and team repairs. Embroidered name tag inside the collar has been removed, and nameplate is likely a replacement, with the rest of the powder blue jersey being more faded than the nameplate itself: EX with note to tag removal and nameplate replacement
