Description: Heisman Trophy winner collection with approx. (30) autographs incl. Clint Frank (Overall EX/MT-NM) Fascinating archive centers around a series of 5.5"x8.5" sheets, each being a photocopy of the title page from the book, "Heisman After The Glory." Each page was sent through the mail by a dedicated collector in pursuit of having them signed by former trophy winners. Includes (5) "After The Glory" sheets bearing a total of (17) signatures as follows - sheet 1 (4 sigs incl. Clint Frank, Johnny Lujack, Pete Dawkins, and Larry Kelley), sheet 2 (5 sigs. incl. Les Horvath, Earl Campbell, Terry Baker, Vic Janowicz, and John Lattner), sheet 3 (5 sigs. incl. Dick Kazmaeir, Billy Cannon, Steve Spurrier, Doc Blanchard, and Glenn Davis), sheet 4 (2 sigs. incl. Jay Berwanger and Angelo Bertelli), and sheet 5 (Doak Walker); Index card which was sent to player in advance of sending out sheet. Each is signed and most include some (small) amount of extra handwriting. Total of (14) incl. Horvath, Lujack, Bertelli, Cannon, Campbell, Dawkins, Lattner, Kelley, Blanchard, Davis, Walker, and Janowicz. Clint Frank card is block letter print signed, Spurrier is included but may be secretarial; Pete Dawkins signed letter sent back with his sheet; Billy Cannon handwritten and signed note on letter sent with sheet; and (2) Vic Janowicz signed envelopes in return address area.
