Description: ** ADDITIONAL AUTHENTICITY UPDATE ** Peyton Manning game used Indianapolis Colts helmet, UDA (EX). Riddell "Revolution" 41139 professional model Colts helmet with number "18" decal stickers on back, along with American flag sticker and "P K" black cross memorial decal in rememberance of Father Patrick Kelly, who was the team chaplain (Father Kelly passed away on December 30th 2003, and the decal was placed on helmets for their 3 playoff games following the 2003 season). Displays visible usage wear with impact markings, and extra padding added to chin strap. Comes with copy of COA from UDA which states the helmet as being "Peyton Manning helmet used in a NFL game or practice", and also comes with copy of the Upper Deck "Declaration of Authenticity" letter signed by Manning which lists the items given to Upper Deck by Manning: EXFinal Bid: $13,912.00
