Description: Lon Warneke Red Man Tobacco die-cut advertising display c.1940s (Displays EX with note to restoration) Large die-cut store display with background measuring approx. 42" tall and 34" across at widest point. Player figure, which is separate piece, stands about 40" tall with hand and leg that extend beyond edges of background. All (3) pieces (top and bottom of background and player) are displayed on larger 44"x52" linen covered backing. Light to moderate scattered wear with some fraying/creasing at edges/corners. Player figure has several heavier creases. Professional restoration performed at areas throughout and included inpainting and reenforcement of some heavy creases and potentially some reattachment of tears. All pieces appear to have been affixed to back however only upper section affixed at this time: Displays EX with note to restoration ($300-$500)Final Bid: $303.00
