Signed in silver paint pen, "Ted Williams" rating 9/10 out of 10. Light to moderate wear and a few chips (and very small tears) largely confined to the extreme corners/edges and mostly would not be visible when framed/matted for display. Includes certificate of provenance from Claudia Williams: NM display value
