Program has a vertical center fold line and some light age wear, scoresheet is unscored. Signed on front cover by Babe Ruth, signed on interior back cover by Ruth again, Mrs. Ruth, and several Cleveland Indians players and their wives incl. Averill, Harder, Hale, and Vosmik.
