Description: 1919 World Series ticket Game #6 ticket stub at Cincinnati. Ticket issued for third game played in Cincinnati, which was the sixth of the Series. Has some vertical creasing but retains rain check and overall appearance with good color. Game six was a distinct turning point in the Series as the Chicago players, who were not receiving the money that had been promised to them, elected to abandon the fix and try to win the Series. They prevailed in Games 6 and 7 but were beaten in Game 8 after an intimidated Lefty Williams served up three runs in the first inning and Chicago lost the Series: VG
