Ruth signature rates 9 out of 10 with outstanding clarity and appearance, Hank Aaron has signed the reverse side of the ball in a fine point blue ink rating 8 out of 10. Ball was consigned by the family of a gentleman who obtained the signature at a 1947 American Legion event in Houston,TX. Lot includes a newspaper article picturing Ruth with the boy in 1947 and a letter of provenance from the family: Ball: EX, Signature: NM
