Description: Cedric "Cornbread" Maxwell Boston Celtics professional model jersey c.1982-83. Green knit jersey retains "Celtics" team name across the front in white above #31. Reverse has "Maxwell" applied lettering in white above #31 which has been signed by Maxwell in black marker. Medalist/Sand Knit tagging appears on the tail front (pre 1984 MacGregor merger) along with "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Boston Celtics" tagging. The jersey shows excellent use/wash wear inclusive of the lettering and numerals. Maxwell was one of the more beloved members of the Celtics teams of the 1980s period.
