Description: Negro Southern League Championship souvenir "pennant" display c.1940s. Pennant shaped window decal display was issued as a souvenir for the Southern League Championship between the Asheville Blues and the Nashville Cubs. The display measures 11" long with a few small tape repairs to the back of two creases. Very uncommon Negro League related souvenir piece. Includes letter of provenance from the Mitchell family: VG-EX
