Description: Lot of (3) 19th century baseball cabinet photographs c.1880s. Trio of 4 1/4"x6 1/2" cabinets includes: cabinet featuring image of a player wearing bib front uniform bearing "CLEE" across his chest and holding a Spalding ring bat. Back of mount features text and graphics advertising Miller & Smith Artist Photographers of Dedham, Ma. Second cabinet features image of four young men wearing baseball uniforms and dress coats holding period baseball equipment. Bottom of mount is marked by Heisler of Bangor, Pa. Third cabinet features a player in uniform bearing "Norwalk" across his chest with printed identification "C. Larkin 2nd Base" in the style of Goodwin & Co. cabinet images. Dark mount is marked "G.S. North" and "South Norwalk, Ct." on bottom front with graphic logo on back. All three have crisply rendered images and show limited wear.
