Description: 1927 New York Yankees team photograph. Original 8”x10” black and white image picturing the greatest team ever to take the field according to most historians. The mighty “Murderer’s Row” Yankees are pictured posing on the field in grey road uniforms. Excellent clarity and contrast. Stamped by “Pacific & Atlantic Photos, Inc.” on the back. A couple of heavy vertical creases have been reinforced with tape on the reverse which also shows paper residue from scrapbook removal. Includes letter of provenance from the Collins family: VG
