Description: Lot of (2) 1933 World Series photographs by Charles Conlon. Pair of original 8"x10" black and white images taken during the 1933 World Series between the Senators and Giants. One photo pictures Babe Ruth and Jimmie Foxx standing alongside of Joe Cronin and Earl Whitehill displaying "All-American" certificates. The other image pictures opening game pitchers Hubbell and Stewart shaking hands. Both photographs are identified on the reverse in period pencil likely by Conlon himself: EX-MT
