Description: Hank Aaron 714th and 715th Home Run display. Comprehensive framed display measures 39”x39” and incorporates elements that document Hank Aaron’s record tying and record setting home runs. Display includes an 8”x10” color photo of Aaron connecting for HR #714 along with an original ticket stub to the game, and a 1974 signed card of Reds pitcher Jack Billingham who served up the pitch. Also included is a 16”x20” color photo of Aaron connecting for his record breaking HR #715 off of Dodgers pitcher Al Downing on April 8, 1974 signed by both Aaron and Downing with Downing’s date notation “4/8/74”. Surrounding items include an original Sport magazine, large “715” pinback button, a1974 Topps card #1 and an original ticket stub to the historic game. Fine assemblage is highlighted by the two hard to find ticket stubs. Descriptive plaques provide a narrative of Aaron’s epic achievement, surpassing Babe Ruth to become baseball’s all-time Home Run King. Includes LOA from JSA: NM-MT
