Description: ***LATE ADDITION***Ted Williams model bat handturned and signed by Bud Hillerich, 35” Ted Williams signature model bat turned out of wood taken from a willow tree which grew in the yard of Hillerich’s Kentucky home. (2) Similar examples are housed within the collection of the Louisville Slugger museum (an additional Williams and a Babe Ruth). Signed by Hillerich mid barrel with added “June 1884” (date of first bat production) and “June 1944” (date he turned this bat) inscriptions. Signature rates 7 to 8 out of 10: EX/MT
