Description: 1963 New York Yankees home jersey. Pinstriped flannel home jersey retains its original "NY" logo on the front with a restored #19 on the reverse. The stitching outline of the original number is partially visible and appears to be #18 which would have belonged to Hal Reniff. Spalding tag is affixed to the tail front along with size 46 tag. Interior of the tail has a dry clean tag and "Set 1 1963" flag tag. Strip tag with "Ford" has been added to the collar and a small "50" strip tag was added to the tail front. The offered jersey was given to Whitey Ford some time ago, and given the tagging/number changes, was believed to have been altered for display purposes to appear as a rookie era Ford jersey.
