Description: Thurman Munson 1976 Kansas City Royals Baseball Awards Dinner "Player of the Year" trophy. Large and impressive 18" tall figural trophy presented to Munson at the Kansas City Baseball Awards Dinner. Large two handled loving cup with the Royals logo on the front and a figural catcher on the top. The wooden two tiered base is inscribed on both placards with Munson's name and award titling. Overall condition is very fine with minimal surface wear to the plating. Fine quality figural trophy of quality with relation to Munson's 1976 AL MVP season. Includes letter of provenance from Diana Munson: EX-M
