Description: 1976 Thurman Munson American League Championship ring. Ornate 10K gold ring presented to Munson as a member of the 1976 American League Champion New York Yankees. The top of the ring features the classic interlocked "NY" logo with (19) inset diamonds on a blue field. "Yankees American League Champions" raised lettering encircles the Yankees logo. One side panel displays a rendering of Yankee Stadium with "Tradition" lettering while the other panel has "MUNSON" block lettered nameplate above the Yankees logo and "Pride" lettering. Interior ring band is stamped "Balfour 10K". Overall condition is very fine with minimal, if any, age or usage wear. Size 10. Exceptional Yankees Championship ring dating to the finest season of Munson's career in which he captured the American League Most Valuable Player award.
