Description: Lot of approx. (50) Bowie Kuhn auto. letters c.1940-50s. Fine intact cache of Bowie Kuhn autographed letters dating to his days at the University of Virginia and Franklin & Marshall College. The vast majority of the letters were sent to family members with all manner of content and length. Most are signed "Bowie" with some signed by his nickname "Boots". Uncommon to find such a large quantity of early signed correspondence from the personal collection of a Hall of Fame member. Includes LOA from JSA and letter of provenance from the Kuhn family: Range VG-NM
