Description: 1915 Phila. Phillies National League Championship presentational pocketwatch. Striking 14K gold Howard pocketwatch was presented to catcher Edward J. Burns by Phillies Chairman E.T. Stotesbury. Burns' initials are inlaid onto the backplate of the watch. The interior backplate is ornately inscribed in part, "Presented to you as a member of the First Philadelphia Championship Team 1915." Marked E.Howard Watch Co., Boston.
