Description: 1912 Boston Red Sox silk display piece. Scarce silk display measuring 17"x20" matted and framed features a team panoramic image of the World Champion Red Sox. Individual player images are also pictured incl. Speaker, Wood, Stahl, Wagner, and Carrigan. Marked at the bottom by sporting goods retailer Wright & Ditson, who likely distributed it. Image contrast remains strong with some age toning and a few areas of staining (not examined out of the custom framing). Originated from the collection of Barry Halper: EX
