Description: 1913 Philadelphia Athletics color tinted photographic display piece. Scarce photographic display is only one of two that we have encountered picturing the World Champion Athletics arranged in vignette fashion with player names beneath. Players include Bender, Baker, Plank, Collins, Coombs, and manager Connie Mack. Overall size measures 13"x28" framed with some very minor flaking at the edges and a small border tear at the bottom edge near "A" in the word "American". The teeth of Jack Barry also appear to have some light blue coloring. The photograph has been hand colored in the period with pastel tints.
