Description: Boston Red Sox batboy uniform c.1940s. Charming diminutive grey flannel uniform has "Red Sox" lettering across the chest and #9 on the reverse. Early Tim McAuliffe tagging remains inside the collar with a small size 28 flag tag. Matching pants have a similar size 24 tag inside the waist. The uniform exhibits evident use incl. some staining and typical wash wear. Includes letter of provenance from the Wagner family: EX
