As one of the two jerseys issued to the players, the offered examples were originally signed (not worn) and donated to the Baseball Assistance Team charity. Includes Brian Fuentes auto. gold knit NL jersey with "National" lettering across the front and "Fuentes" on the back. Signed by Fuentes in silver on the #40. Colorado Rockies team patch is affixed to the right sleeve: NM; 2006 Carlos Lee auto. gold knit NL jersey with "National" lettering across the front and "Lee" on the back. Signed by Lee in silver on the #45. Milwaukee Brewers team patch is affixed to the right sleeve: NM; and 2006 Jose Contreras auto. black knit AL jersey with "American" lettering across the front and "Contreras" on the back. Signed by Contreras in black on the #52. Chicago White Sox team patch is affixed to the right sleeve: NM. All three have an MLB All-Star Game logo patch on the left sleeve, majestic and size flag tags at the base of the tail front, and an affixed MLB hologram on the back.
