Description: 1939 World Series pennant. Rare souvenir pennant issued for the 1939 World Series between the Yankees and Reds featuring player names printed on AL and NL scrolls at the left side. Players incl. Gehrig, DiMaggio, Dickey, McKechnie, and Lombardi. The pennant retains excellent original color with all lettering and decals intact. The corners have some wear incl. pinholes and tattering at the top left. Point is missing a small portion: VG
