Description: April 21, 1950 Connie Mack single signed Opening Game first pitch baseball. Historic baseball used to open the game between the Red Sox and Athletics at Shibe Park on April 21, 1950. Lt. toned Harridge AL ball is signed by Mack on the sweet spot rating 8/9 out of 10. "Golden Jubilee April 21, 1950" is written underneath. On the opposite side panel is a period notation, "This ball was used to open game between Philly "A's" and Boston Red Sox April 21, 1950 Shibe Park Phila., Penna." The game marked the beginning of the 1950 American League season for the Athletics and the 50th anniversary of Connie Mack's baseball career. Very interesting and historic single signed opening game baseball with relation to the greatest manager in Major League history. Includes LOA from James Spence Authentication: EX-MT
